\nSecond Front Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Carahsoft Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join our growing team. As a PDM dedicated to Carahsoft, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our strategic relationships with Carahsoft. You will be responsible for driving growth through the Carahsoft partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with Carahsoft and our sales and marketing teams to achieve mutual success.\n\n\nWe are a fast-growing entrepreneurial team working at the convergence of technology and national security. If this type of effort interests you, come join us!\n\n\nNote: This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.\n\n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES \n* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Carahsoft's key personnel, including sales, marketing, and technical teams\n* Act as the primary point of contact between Second Front Systems and Carahsoft, ensuring effective communication and collaboration\n* Identify new business opportunities and avenues for growth within the Carahsoft partner ecosystem\n* Lead the development of Joint go-to-market strategies with Carahsoft to promote Second Front Systems customer and partners \n* Collaborate with Carahsoft's sales teams to drive the adoption of Second Front Systems' solutions among their customer base\n* Coordinate training and support to Carahsoft's sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness\n* Work closely with Carahsoft's marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns (webinars, events, content creation, and marketing resources )\n\n\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n* Bachelor's degree \n* Past performance managing a Carahsoft partnership or working directly with Carahsoft\n* Proven experience in partner development, business development, or sales within the technology industry\n* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with external partners\n* Willingness to travel as needed to Carahsoft HQ and other relevant industry events \n* Working knowledge of the Carahsoft ecosystem \n\n\n\n\n$90,000 - $130,000 a year\n\nSuccess at 2F Looks Like:\n\n\nViewing obstacles as opportunities for growth\nHaving a bias toward action and tangible, measurable results\nStriving to be both compassionate and direct with your feedback\nBeing team-oriented and inclusive with your actions\n\n\nPerks & Benefits\n\n\nThis is a full time role.
