\nWho You Are:\n\nYou are a IT Support Engineer. who has demonstrated success in addressing problems and opportunities within growing organizations. You know how to identify, diagnose, and resolve systems issues, document processes and procedures, and serve end-users with a positive customer experience. You have at least two to five years of relevant work experience and hold an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (or have equivalent work experience).\n\nWhat you'll Do: \n\n\n* Work as part of the Service Desk team to deliver IT support to the end-users and operations groups within Blink Health.\n\n* Support for all remote access technology which includes laptop computers (Windows and MacOS), Okta, Google Suite, software installations, and more.\n\n* Provide exceptional end-user support for our MacOS and Windows environment. \n\n* Support mobile wireless devices such as iPhone and iPad devices.\n\n* Perform desk moves, setups, and changes for desktop hardware and equipment.\n\n* Track requests to completion with JIRA: capture user requests, resolve issues, and verify user satisfaction.\n\n* Work proactively to prevent future problems by delivering end-user training, performing preventative maintenance and tracking inventory.\n\n* Liaise with other technology groups including Pharmacy Operations, DevOps, Information Security, Software Development, and other departments.\n\n* This role requires being onsite Monday-Friday during business hours.\n\n* Participate in on-call rotation for remote support on Saturdays 9am-5pm ET.\n\n* May have to travel occasionally to provide IT support.\n\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Need:\n\n\n* 5+ yearsโ experience delivering end-user IT support services.\n\n* Experience in supporting MacOS, Windows, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, and Jira/Confluence.\n\n* Experience managing desktops, laptops, within an enterprise onsite and remote environment.\n\n* Experience with MDM applications like Jamf and Intune is a plus.\n\n* Experience setting up and managing video conferences using Zoom.\n\n* Experience with Amazon Connect and Zendesk is a plus.\n\n* Experience with IT Asset tracking.\n\n* Experience supporting a large user community of remote users.\n\n* Documenting repeatable processes (SOPs) to assist other team members and contribute to the self-service portal.\n\n* Candidates must be professional, service-oriented, articulate, collaborative, and team-focused.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
