This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support for our Launchpad partners/creators, so they feel supported throughout their onboarding process, making sure their mints are set up for success, and resolving their issues quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a true degen who lives and breathes NFTs, have a strong technical aptitude, and ​​have the ability to maintain composure during high-stress periods and efficiently resolve any difficulties or challenges encountered.\n\nLOCATION: North America or Western Europe\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* ME Launchpad Mint Setup: Ensure the seamless setup of ME (Mint Experience) Launchpad mints to guarantee a defect-free experience for users. This involves leveraging basic knowledge of various blockchain technologies and proficiency in programming tools such as Github and Linux command line tools\n\n* Partner Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with Launchpad (LP) partners to facilitate their mint setup for success. Provide dedicated support and guidance to partners throughout the onboarding process and continue to offer assistance until the completion of their mint.\n\n* Problem Solving: Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle novel situations that may arise during the minting process.
