\nThe CRM & Loyalty team at TULA is looking for a Manager, CRM Operations who will maintain day-to-day operations for our CRM and loyalty initiatives. This role will support all aspects of CRM—setup and deployment of email & SMS, dynamic content & personalization efforts, audience creation and creative briefing.
