Remote Web3 Director of Marketing

We communicate often and hold each other accountable to commitments and progress. \n\nDesired Qualifications \n\n* 5+ years of experience in marketing related roles, including Project Management \n\n* 3+ years of marketing experience in Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, NFT and/or fintech projects/products with deep knowledge of current trends & successful market & native tactics\n\n* Proven experience and understanding how to maximize sales, market reach, and community growth with social media platforms (Twitter and Discord are primary channels. Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube a plus)\n\n* Strong website experience (strategy, layout, content, design, and conversion)\n\n* Strong Web3 copywriting experience (posts, ads, sales collaterals, press, long-form articles)\n\n* Proven success in designing and executing co-marketing strategies with partners \n\n* Solid Experience using, analyzing, and drawing conclusion with marketing analytics/KPIs\n\n* Experience using software and/or AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.\n\n* Experienced organizing and leading AMAs \n\n* Ability to work US Eastern time hours between 9AM - 6PM\n\n\n\nPosition Responsibilities\n\n* Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media and PR strategy which maximizes lead generation and expands brand awareness, inclusive of paid campaigns on relevant advertising platforms (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Google)\n\n* Lead copywriting - Create, review, and approve all Marketing content (posts, ads, sales collaterals, press, web, long-form articles)\n\n* Create and execute website layout, flow and content, and design. Work closely with web development team to drive conversion. \n\n* Lead creation & execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, sales tools, and key initiatives while maximizing teamwork and the effectiveness of the marketing staff. \n\n* Identify market trends and insights; suggest optimization of spend, messaging, and channels based on the insights.\n\n* Evaluate value of IRL event attendance (Web3 conferences, trade shows, and speaking opportunities). Recommend, organize and prepare for participation.\n\n* Develop and monitor the performance metrics all digital marketing campaigns, and web conversion against goals (ROI and KPIs)\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
