Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis, you'll become a core part of the Product Team.\nWhat tech stack do we use?\n\n\n* Jinja code - whenever you need to display content personalized for a specific visitor, you can leverage Jinja templating language to process and render data in customer-facing channels (email, sms, mobile app, website, etc) in a scalable way \n\n* Weblayers and experiments - your levers to make modifications to customer’s websites, so you need to understand DOM, HTML/CSS \n\n* JavaScript - ability to write website modifications or dynamic components (e.g. carousel) in JavaScript code that can adapt to the customer’s environment and various browsers\n\n* Webhooks and APIs - our platform has robust integration abilities to get data in & out of third party systems\n\n* Databases - in case of integration with external databases is needed, being able to pull out data using SQL is a great skill to have\n\n\n\nWhat challenge awaits you?\n\nWhile the first 20 years of e-commerce were about learning how to stand-up the store, now it is about learning how to stand-out from the crowd (and Gen-AI is not making it easier). These use cases are crucial to the success of every Bloomreach customer because they improve the adoption of the platform and improve the value they can get out of it. \n\nSolutions you are building need to re-usable across various customer environments, including the adaptability across various industry verticals.\n\nThis requires a good understanding of Bloomreach Engagement as a marketing automation platform, but also the ability to transform customers’ needs into great user experiences. It also requires the ability to collaborate with other teams in the company and the ability to listen to customers and discover their true needs.\n\nYour closest partner will be our dedicated Product Manager who ensures the identification, prioritization, and correct business logic of use cases that need to be built or updated.\n\nOnce you successfully onboard into your role, you are supporting your team with the ability to run experiments and user behaviour analysis, that fuel future decisions about what work to prioritize going forward.\n\nAs a Technical Growth Product Manager you will be part of the group of product managers in the Product Growth Team, which is responsible for maximizing the engagement of customers with the Bloomreach Engagement marketing automation platform and this team is crucial for the future success of Bloomreach on its way to IPO.\nYour job will be to:\n\n* Build new packaged solutions using marketing automation scenarios\n\n* Update existing solutions according to the needs of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders\n\n* Manage the pipeline of new use cases and maintain existing ones\n\n\na. Build new packaged solutions using marketing automation scenarios\n\n\n* Using Jinja templating language, incoming and outgoing webhook API requests, and HTML/JSS code, you build the mechanics of pre-packaged business solutions that Bloomreach is offering to customers\n\n* Implement the business logic and each step of the customer journey scenario based on instructions from our dedicated Product Manager, \n\n* Ensure that the solutions you are building are scalable and re-usable across diverse sets of customer environments\n\n\n\nb. Update existing solutions according to the needs of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders\n\n\n* Create and update best practice guidelines for developing new use case solutions with a focus on naming conventions, ways of using variables, coding standards and performance/correctness considerations\n\n* Apply best practice guidelines across all new and existing use cases in the library\n\n\n\nc.
