\nThe Senior Clinical Trial Associate, Clinical Operations, plays a key role in administratively supporting the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials within the organization. The ideal candidate should be able to help build and maintain external and internal relationships, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. \n\n\nYou will be reporting directly to the COO, Sudhi Gogna.\n\n\n\nYour daily work will include:\n* Calendar Management\n* Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the COO.\n* Prioritize meetings based on evolving context and proactively adjust her schedule.\n* Ensure Sudhiโs calendar is well-organized, and conflicts are minimized.\n* Schedule meetings with external partners and vendors.\n\n\n\n* Email and Communication Management\n* Filter and prioritize emails, responding to routine inquiries on behalf of Sudhi\n* Draft and proofread emails and other written communications\n* Collaborate with other members of the executive team and department heads to coordinate activities and information flow.\n\n\n\n* Travel Coordination\n* Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation\n\n\n\n* Meeting Support\n* Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as needed.\n* Attend meetings, take notes, and provide follow-up summaries or action items.\n\n\n\n* Information Management\n* Maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring easy access to important information.\n* Help organize and categorize information to facilitate quick retrieval.\n* Track and reconcile expenses, and prepare expense reports ensuring adherence to the Loyalโs financial policies.\n\n\n\n* Project Assistance\n* Assist Sudhi with some projects, including research, data analysis, and presentations.\n* Track project timelines and milestones.\n\n\n\n* Vendor and Stakeholder Relations\n* Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of Sudhi.\n* Handle routine inquiries and coordinate meetings or calls.\n\n\n\nHow you work and think\n* Growth-mindset - Youโre highly open to and responsive to feedback.
