Reporting to the VP CS, Delivery and Services; you will be responsible for continuing to scale and innovate our Customer Success organization, taking it to the next level.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n\nHire, mentor, and direct the Customer Success and CS Operations organizations\n\nLead cross functional teams and customer centric strategies across Cobalt\n\nInnovate on what Customer Success means in the PtaaS market\n\nHumbly learn from your team, our customers, and our pentesters how we can improve - then execute\n\nMaintain a world class, high quality customer success model\n\nMaintain an 18 month strategy, metrics, forecast, and vision\n\nTrack and report strategically on key indicators of success\n\nCreate a โstartup within a startupโ environment of engagement, innovation, and a One Cobalt mindset\n\nPromote a feedback loop, as well as, insights on prioritization to the Product and Development teams to represent the voice of the customer and the needs of the customer-facing teams\n\nBe a culture carrier for Cobalt\n\n\n\n\nYou Have\n\n\n8+ years of Customer Success managerial experience\n\nExceptional team building, people, and mentoring skills\n\nWillingness to work in a fast paced, transparent, and diverse environment\n\nExperience leading global teams of 20 or more\n\nExperience forecasting and delivering on renewals and upsell targets\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset and desire to create a new category that changes the way pentesting is conducted and approached\n\nFlexibility to adjust to changing priorities on-the-fly\n\nStrong written and verbal communication\n\nDrive, no one needs to push you to excel; itโs just who you are\n\nA strong desire to help and serve our customers and our community of pentesters: They win, so you win\n\nAbility to work remotely and manage remotely\n\n\n\n\nBonus If You Have\n\n\nPrior experience managing remote teams\n\nCS Operations experience\n\nSecurity or adjacent industry experience\n\nExperience in a high growth environment\n\n\n\n\nDiversity at Cobalt \n\nWith over 45 nationalities already at Cobalt (and counting) we respect and celebrate diversity!
