Our project managers are given the autonomy, authority and responsibility of owning and driving project execution and value creation for our clients.\n\n\nThe Project Manager is a member of our client services team and works closely with clients and internal teams to deploy RainFocus software in support of their event lifecycle. This role plans and drives project implementation; identifies and manages project scope, goals and deliverables; defines tasks and required resources; and disentangles escalations to ensure achievement of project timelines and positive client outcomes.\n\n\nThis remote role can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Keep a pulse on emerging trends and technologies in CS operations.\n* Provide reporting and analysis related to established operations, staff capacity, key customer metrics, profitability, expenses, etc. Continuously monitor performance.\n* Direct the daily operations of the CS Operations team to ensure priorities and tasks are aligned with company goals. Serve as the escalation point for operational concerns and challenges for all of Client Success.\n* Recruit, interview, hire, and train all CS operations employees. Guide and coach staff through timely, constructive, and actionable feedback.
