At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered. \n\nWhat You’ll Do \n\nAs the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Demand Marketing. You will own the product-led growth and conversion rate optimization strategy across Calm Business web properties. You will drive the strategy to generate revenue for our self-serve product in partnership with Paid programs, Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Product. You will be responsible for driving revenue by building and guiding a multi-channel growth strategy and collaborating with our Product teams, optimizing ROI, and improving prospect experience. You will scale conversions and drive customer engagement and retention. You will fill in opportunity gaps across all funnels and optimize strategies to achieve business goals. \n\n\n* Set and execute the self-serve global strategy and roadmap for growth and performance marketing\n\n* Build and optimize a multi-channel growth go-to-market strategy with a strong focus on scaled digital channels and capabilities\n\n* Responsible for return on investment for self-serve, effectively planning, allocating, and optimizing budget against highest returning activities and channels globally\n\n* Managing external contractors and agencies\n\n* Collaborate with digital and campaigns teams to develop and execute campaigns to drive engagement and revenue\n\n* Execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics \n\n* Identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive self-serve customer retention\n\n* Identify threats and opportunity gaps to be addressed\n\n* Coordinate across campaigns, digital marketing, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams’ initiatives\n\n\n\n\nWho You Are\n\n\n* Experience marketing to HR benefits leaders, and/or healthcare-related background\n\n* Marketing Campaign Management\n\n* Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward\n\n* Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns\n\n* Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability\n\n* Knowledge of Wordpress, GA4, Marketo, ABM Platforms (6sense), Digital Ad platforms, SEO, conversion rate optimization tools \n\n* Proficient with analytic platforms like Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau\n\n* 6+ years’ experience in growth marketing\n\n\n\n\nNice to Haves\n\n\n* B2B Healthcare experience \n\n* Experience marketing self-serve benefits \n\n\n\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n\n* This role typically requires 8+ years’ of related experience\n\n\n\n\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is 142,000 - 198,800. Remote Italian Language Consultant\nCalm is looking for a freelance Italian Language Consultant to assist our team in delivering a high-quality Calm product and supporting materials in the Italian language.\n\n \n\nCalm is the leading mental health brand, on a mission to support everyone on every step of their mental health journey. With the #1 app for sleep, meditation and relaxation, Calm’s transformational mindfulness content supports users across seven languages in more than 190 countries.\n\n \n\nWhat you will do:\n\n \n\n\n* Review translated Italian scripts and promotional content to ensure linguistic quality and accuracy concerning vocabulary for meditation, mindfulness, and mental health\n\n* Review translated Italian app and web products to ensure linguistic quality and accuracy and a smooth user experience\n\n* Work with vendors to align their work product with Calm’s brand and style\n\n* Discuss difficult translations with vendors and the Calm team\n\n* Create and maintain the Italian glossary, ensuring vendor adherence\n\n* Create and maintain the Italian style guide, ensuring vendor adherence\n\n* Attend audio recording sessions to guide narration talent and ensure alignment between scripts and voiceovers\n\n* Evaluate and approve final recorded target audio content\n\n\n\n\nWho you are: \n\n\n* A native-level Italian speaker with a profound understanding of English\n\n* Have experience as a linguist, ideally as both a translator and proofreader\n\n* Have experience working with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools\n\n* Have Italian writing experience, ideally with both fiction and nonfiction\n\n* Have experience localizing app user interfaces, and are familiar with best practices\n\n* Have personal experience with meditation, mindfulness, and/or mental health in Italy and in the Italian language\n\n* Are excited about how Calm can make a positive impact in the lives of Italian speakers\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n* This role will be paid on a project basis\n\n* This is freelance/contract work only. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and innovative individual to join our B2B Renewals team.\n\nThe ideal Renewals Manager has 5+ years of experience and is exceptional in understanding contracts, pricing structures, and building rapport. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of Calm’s B2B pricing structure, contracting process, and discussing ROI. The Renewals Manager will work very closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams to drive incredible renewal rates and minimize churn. On this team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Customer Success, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance and Legal teams, among others. \n\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external counterparts.\n\nOwn, drive and manage the renewals process.\n\nGain in-depth knowledge of our pricing model, contract structure, and flexibility within them.\n\nParticipate in Customer Success led business reviews, and lead Renewals Meetings as needed.\n\nBecome well versed on the ROI and value proposition of Calm.\n\nBecome a trusted business partner with customers and foster effective conversations with them around benefits, digital health strategies and how Calm fits in, all geared toward contract and value expansion.\n\nPartner with Customer Success Managers and the Sales team to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.\n\nDevelop and refine our renewal processes.\n\nWork closely with our Customer Success team to identify high-risk clients and develop a plan of action to increase adoption and usage.\n\nMaintain and update a rolling forecast for your territory.\n\nFollow and adhere to best practices for all internal processes including, opportunity management, data accuracy, quoting and forecasting.\n\n\n\n\nWho You Are: \n\n\nA results-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle various tasks.\n\nHighly skilled with discovery techniques and negotiation.\n\nComfortable partnering with different individuals across the organization and a “roll-up the sleeves” approach to accomplish all necessary tasks.\n\nExceptional communication skills in person, on the phone and through email.\n\nVery comfortable using Salesforce on a day to day basis. \n\nHave experience in establishing new processes.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in a Sales, Customer Success or Renewals role.\n\n\n\n\n\nNice-to-Haves: \n\n\nExperience working in a fast paced start up environment.\n\nA passion for mental fitness and well being.\n\nExperience with project management and change management.\n\nFamiliarity with the digital health and wellness landscape.\n\nExperience with Salesforce CPQ and Confluence.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with contract renewal processes.\n\nWillingness to take on additional tasks or projects that are beneficial to the team and the organization.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n

Top candidates will come from B2B backgrounds where they have seen rapid growth and scale, and have shown the ability to create order from ambiguity. A Calm Managing Editor is plugged into the wellness community online and has a point of view on how to become a thought leader in the space, while also having a deep knowledge of web analytics. The person in this role will have both an operational mind and a creative one, come with a network of freelancers and contributors, and will be able to deftly manage deadlines and workflow. The Managing Editor will align closely with cross-functional partners from Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Lifecycle, and Product to produce and distribute best-in-class editorial content.\n\n\nCreate and manage editorial calendar around key moments, events, holidays, campaigns, and partnerships\n\nHelp evolve Calm’s editorial voice and POV\n\nHire, train, and manage freelance writers, editors, and copyeditors\n\nWork with Social + Editorial team to keep all team members updated on work progress and distribute editorial content across social channels\n\nEnsure deadlines are met by writers and contributors\n\nSupervise the content creation process from assigning pitches through editing and publishing\n\nLiaise with Content, Partnerships, Lifecycle, Consumer Insights, and Product teams to work on pieces that grow our audience\n\nExpand Calm’s editorial content offerings to reach new audience segments\n\nPolicy and copyright compliance\n\nAudit content for tone and ensure alignment with Style Guide\n\nEnsure Editorial operations are functioning smoothly and suggest changes where needed\n\nEnsure published pieces have necessary SEO elements\n\nOversee freelance and contractor invoicing and payment\n\n\n\n\nWho You Are:\n\n\n5+ years of experience in journalism/editorial, digital marketing, or a similarly relevant field\n\nComprehensive understanding of how to work within a CMS (WordPress preferred)\n\nDemonstrated ability to identify and manage diverse networks of contractors, freelancers, and agency partners\n\nExceptional cross-functional collaboration\n\nFluency in web analytics (specifically Google Analytics and Google Search Console)\n\nImpeccable copywriting and copyediting abilities\n\nA keen eye for detail\n\nA high bar for journalistic excellence\n\nAn authentic passion for the mental health and wellness space\n\n\n\n\nNice-to-Haves: \n\n\nThe ability to liaise with Engineers and Developers and at least some technical fluency\n\nAn understanding of the legalities of contract work in the state of CA\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
