You will be a technical leader for a talented, experienced team of DevOps engineers who work closely with other cross-functional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of DevOps best practices and a strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues.\n\nWhat We Look For\n\n\n* 5+ years of experience as a senior or staff DevOps engineer and/or SRE managing production-level cloud infrastructure and data stores at scale. This role will own the internal audit program, with a specific focus on Figure’s lending, payments and marketplace operations. You’ll have the opportunity to build an internal audit program to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Figure’s lending, payments and marketplace operations, including credit risk, governance, operations, compliance, and quality control. You’ll be provided independence, with a direct line of reporting to executive management, to ensure you can effectively assess Figure’s lending, payments and marketplace practices.
