You will also play a key role in fundraising, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.\nResponsibilities \n\n\n* Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives, with a focus on optimizing revenue streams from crypto staking activities\n\n* Manage our financial resources and optimize our cash flow and liquidity\n\n* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards\n\n* Oversee our accounting and reporting systems and ensure accuracy and timeliness\n\n* Provide financial analysis and insights to support our decision-making and growth\n\n* Lead our fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders\n\n* Prepare and present financial reports and statements to our management and board\n\n* Preparing financial statements in accordance with Swiss law\n\n* Preparing and overseeing legal documents in accordance with Swiss law\n\n* Manage our budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor our financial performance\n\n* Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities\n\n* Ensuring compliance with value added tax, income tax, and capital tax requirements\n\n* Preparing and filing tax returns and managing tax audits and disputes\n\n\n\nQualifications \n\n\n* A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field\n\n* A Swiss CPA or equivalent education\n\n* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a crypto or fintech startup\n\n* A solid understanding of crypto staking, DeFi, and blockchain technologies\n\n* A strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis\n\n* A proficiency in financial software and tools\n\n* An experience in fundraising, investor relations, and M&A\n\n* An ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely\n\n* An analytical and strategic mindset with a problem-solving attitude\n\n* Leadership and management skills with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit\n\n* A passion for crypto and our mission\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
