In this role, you will help the team diligently identify and remediate any new defects to help maintain and improve our product quality. You’ll be working together with a close-knit and ambitious gang, consisting of, among others, a Tech Lead, developers, and producers who all contribute to an open-minded team dynamic with close to laughter. More is a company with a sense of community where everyone has a say and can be involved and have an impact to the extent they want.\n\nWe believe that you have:\n\n* 3+ years of experience in quality assurance.\n* Expertise in testing web client-server applications.\n* Experience in different testing methodologies and approaches.\n* Experience with both manual and automated testing.\n* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude to clearly convey your thoughts and ideas.\n\nMore specifically, we are looking for someone who can:\n\n* Test consumer software on mobile, desktop, and web.\n* Execute feature and regression test strategies and analyze and document results.\n* Work both independently and together with others.\n* Support the ongoing creation and development of approaches to Quality assurance.\n* Set quality standards for the team.\n* Investigate bugs and create and manage bug reports.\n* Research test tools, methodologies, and trends, and upgrade existing practices and processes.\n \nIt would also be great if you have previously worked with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.\n\nWe expect you to have a strong command of English, both spoken and written, since most of our clients are international and require it. Swedish is advantageous, but not a requirement.
