About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be charged with acquiring the best people, globally. What You’ll Do

You’ll build and manage our overall talent acquisition machine and lead all recruiting end-to-end. You will get to develop and iterate on building the talent function the way you want, but with guidance and support from our HR Director. Since we’re remote first, you will get to hire globally.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process from inception of candidate contact to on-boarding including research, engagement strategies, candidate experience,, and partnering with HR for successful on-boarding and communicating status to all stakeholders along the way.

• Partner with organizational leaders to define, design, and implement recruiting strategies as well as understand and map the talent landscape.

• Own the candidate experience and ensure it is differentiated and consistent with company culture throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.

• Promote employment brand awareness, diversity, and inclusion, and position Rebilly as a workplace of choice.

• Proactively build pipelines of diverse talent; track the recruiting funnel continuously and report on progress

• Identify process improvement opportunities and champion streamlined practices, workflows, and metrics.

• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding hiring and initial employment.

Who You Are

You have a keen sense about who people are combined with a strong operational capability. You have built talent acquisition strategies, operations, and systems; now you want to do it better and do it globally. You have a mindset of continuous improvement, sales acumen, and hustle that allows you to solve problems and get things done. 

• BA/BS and at least 2 years experience in a recruiting role, preferably in an organization selling complicated technology solutions with technical and executive recruiting experience.

• Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment.

• Experience building a variety of recruiting tools, sources, and strategies, including experience leveraging social media and various technology platforms in the recruiting and hiring processes.

• Excellent communication skills - you know how to sell our mission, product, and employee value proposition.

• Ability to present talent acquisition stats, facts, and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.

• Ability to ensure a diverse candidate flow – must understand, reinforce and support an environment of inclusion.

About the Role

The Customer Success Specialist will be charged with educating, onboarding, and providing ongoing support to new clients. They will get to learn about software and the sales process while delighting clients. What You'll Do

You will delight clients day in and day out by providing critical product advice to current clients, advising sales prospects on the features of our product, onboarding new clients, and providing customer insights for product development. When clients want to solve a problem they will know they can trust and rely on you.

• Provide technical advice and support to prospective customers  throughout the sales lifecycle to close new deals.
• Onboard and train new clients so they are able to use our software quickly and easily.
• Provide ongoing support to clients so they can fully utilize our software’s functionality.
• Conduct quarterly check-ins with clients in order to understand their needs, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide client insights for product development and create custom solutions.
• Develop excellent relationships with clients to understand their needs; upsell & cross-sell when applicable.

Who You Are

You love both people and software. You have strong people agility to communicate complex ideas and delight in making others’ day better. You are technically proficient enough to understand how APIs work and have a willingness to learn whatever it takes to be of value to others. You’re a self-motivated, very organized and reliable person with strong follow-through and the ability to provide structure to those you’re working with.

• BA/BS degree
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail and project management skills
• 3-5 years of experience in technical support, software sales, or account management.
• Proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level, including API based integrations.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Likes fast paced environments, doesn’t need lots of structure, and a willingness to fail, learn, and iterate.

The Sales Executive will be charged with supporting the CEO to execute on Rebilly’s sales strategy to continue to expand and grow the business. S/he will have a top level view of sales best practices while executing to achieve the strategic growth goals.
