What will you manage?ย
Each teammate receives a role within a small team per cycle that can include a handful of small projects, one large project, or staying outside of the cycle to support clients, bugs, and cycle planning. Along with that, youโll be responsible for ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, code standards, testing, release, and reporting updates on your projects.

You will contribute to code reviews, generating projects for each cycle, feedback for ideas (including the ideas for other areas of the company), and hiring new teammates in the Product Team.

Youโll build and manage our overall talent acquisition machine and lead all recruiting end-to-end. You will get to develop and iterate on building the talent function the way you want, but with guidance and support from our HR Director. Since weโre remote first, you will get to hire globally.

About the Role
The Customer Success Specialist will be charged with educating, onboarding, and providing ongoing support to new clients. They will get to learn about software and the sales process while delighting clients. About the Role
The Sales Executive will be charged withย supporting theย CEO to execute on Rebillyโs sales strategy to continue to expand and grow the business.
