โ Responsibilities:
Via video, in-person or the phone, following account activation, you will build relationships with all active customers, more closely understanding the nature of their business over the lifetime of the relationship. Through the understanding you glean, youโll evangelize about features and tools that would more effectively align with the nature of their business allowing the customer to continue to extract maximum value from the platform. You will always act with the customer in mind.
You will act as a first point of contact for new business enquiries. You will provide the guidance and support the customer requires in relation to AML and due diligence as it applies to the Art Market. Through these โDiscovery and Educationโ calls, you will help illuminate - and make relatable - the impact of this on an art business and the role technology can play in helping the customer succeed with these new, complex challenges.
You will carry out a range of activities to successfully manage your own pipeline of new business, nurture and develop these customers and respond and react where necessary to win new business.
You will successfully manage and track your engagement with all active current customers, while devising new ways and approaches to build deep positive relationships with all current customers.
You will be a confident, adept communicator, comfortable dealing with the occasional difficult or challenging personality. As an excellent, clear and empathic communicator, you will be able to put yourself in the shoes of each customer you meet and will demonstrate your understanding of their needs.
You will take an active role in seeking and identifying new ways to improve efficiency throughout the business, devising or proposing new systemisation of workflows, approaches and tools. You will be comfortable with a great deal of autonomy.
You will contribute to strategic decision making and will actively and constructively challenge leadership by presenting known - or anticipated - predictions about the market.
You will listen carefully to new customers, identifying changes in buyer behaviors, mindsets or attitudes and will contribute to the teams โMonthly Insightโ meetings where customer feedback, newly identified needs will be fed directly to the product and development team.
You will be a brand ambassador, attending various physical art-market and industry events such as conferences, gallery events and exhibitions. You will be comfortable developing relationships with others and will actively seek to assist and help those you meet where you have identified a possible common fit and suitability.
When and where necessary you will periodically contribute to our ongoing library of articles and thought pieces. You will also take part in the recording and presentation of events that are occasionally shared and published for existing customers and as well as those events developed for new business.

About you
In (or within close proximity) of Central London
Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales, relationship management, customer success, business development role or similar
Experience with legal frameworks, regulation of similar
Experience working within a SAAS or technology business

We are looking for an articulate, creative and visual problem solver to join our product team. Although mostly product focused, you will also help over-see and steer elements of the brand including online marketing/sales pages and interactive experiences while working hand in hand with the development team.
Responsibilities:
QA and troubleshooting for development, support and bug fixing
Define new features and functionality from initial ideation through to prototyping and implementation
Work closely with engineering to ensure features are implemented according to original specifications while considering existing user behaviour, experience and expectations
Maintain a roadmap of features to ensure platform improvements are as future proof as possible
Contribute to development of branding, online interactive UX and design
Present and share concepts, prototypes and wireframes with the Head of Product, clearly articulating rationale, implications and dependencies
Recreate real-world scenarios to aid in building use/test cases when comparing data providers or implementing platform wide changes
How you'll work:
Diving into the product on all fronts to gain expert knowledge on how we serve our clients
Caring deeply about user experience, with an emphasis on ease of use and the simplification of complex ideas and workflows
Be open to rapid changes and fast paced development of ideas
Participate in workshops with Support and Community teams to gain unique insights into our users and the challenges we help them overcome
Using a mix of Miro, Webflow, Photoshop (or design tool of your choice), youโll create clear visuals to demonstrate your ideas
Deliver product and web designs with polish and attention to detail. Constantly developing the look and feel across the business.
