Join us in shepherding the Espresso product as we drive toward our mainnet releases over the coming months.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Drive internal alignment on product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals, market factors, and customer needs.\n* Collaborate with business development and partnership teams to deeply understand the โwhatโ and the โwhyโ of customer requirements within the context of customer goals and market trends.\n* Develop a deep understanding and strong ability to communicate the details of the Espresso product stack to technical stakeholders at partner organizations.\n* Work closely with the engineering and leadership teams to document, specify, and prioritize customer requirements and feature requests as part of the Espresso roadmap.\n* Collaborate with leadership to define key success metrics for the product and our partners as the company evolves from beta to production systems.\n* Drive results for customers by understanding how the Espresso infrastructure impacts developer experience and end-user experience for the chains that integrate with the product.\n* Partner with the marketing team to define product positioning within the competitive landscape and advise on key narratives, metrics, and strategies to cultivate mindshare.\n\n\n\nSkills\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.\n* Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello).\n* Comfortable coming into an org with existing processes, while confident in ability to bring new structures, frameworks, and approaches to product work to an established team.\n* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.\n* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.\n\n\n\nExperience\n* 4+ years of product management experience.\n* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.\n* Ideal to have experience working on mainnet launches or similar large-scale blockchain deployments.\n* Strong understanding of blockchain technology, market trends, and the competitive landscape.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
