Intelligent Editing produces software for editing/proofreading, and you’ll develop the next phase of our website and manage the transformation of our software (PerfectIt) to a SaaS model.\n\nYou’ll work with a wide array of technologies (some of which you probably won’t be familiar with when joining). So a desire and ability to learn new tools is essential. We’re looking for a self-starter who will focus on new development, but who will also chart a course to improve our existing codebase. You’ll be working directly with the founder & CEO, and you’ll manage all development work to improve the quality of what we do. You’ll establish testing, reviews and other quality control mechanisms to allow the company to grow in the long term.\n\nFrom the first day, you’ll be given a lot of responsibility, so you must be able to work and get things done independently. Although the core role is development, you shouldn’t be afraid to pitch in where needed (including admin, sales and support).
