Remote Associate Customer Success Manager

We look to our Associate Customer Success Managers to own driving value and outcomes for our customers in collaboration with our internal teams. This role includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities (e.g., adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.) and outcomes (e.g., renewals, up-sell, etc.).โฏโฏโฏ \n\n\n\nResponsibilities: \n* Customer Relationship Management \n* Serve as the central point of contact for day-to-day inquiries \n* Build active and meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their goals and advocating for their needs \n* Identify and validate desired outcomes, flag potential roadblocks, and assist in creating client success plan \n* Influence customer lifetime value through increased product adoption, satisfaction and overall health\n* Deliver regular business reviews to ensure customers are achieving โ and recognizing โ their intended outcomes \n* Support revenue retention and growth through customer advocacy and reference-ability \n\n\n\n* Account Monitoring and Health Tracking \n* Monitor customer health across usage, relationship quality and adoption metrics to mitigate churn risk and identify growth opportunities \n* Use tools like Gainsight and Salesforce to manage customer health scores and maintain CRM data integrity \n* Generate report and insights related to account status, customer success plans and usage metrics \n\n\n\n* Escalation and Resolution Efficiency \n* Act as a liaison between the customer and internal support, product, or technical teams \n* Ensure timely follow-up on product issues, support tickets and feature requests \n* Document and escalate high-priority concerns to appropriate stakeholders for resolution \n\n\n\n* Internal Collaboration \n* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, onboarding and support teams to relay customer feedback and drive improvements \n* Update and contribute to team documentation, knowledge bases, and process improvements \n\n\n\n* Renewal and Expansion Support \n* Assist and partner with the renewals team throughout contract lifecycle \n* Help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer behavior, business needs, and product usage data \n\n\n\nQualifications: \n* 2+ yearsโ experience in a Customer Success or Account Management roleโฏ \n* Financial services or compliance experience a plusโฏโฏ \n* Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus buildingโฏโฏ \n* Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growthโฏโฏ \n* Demonstrated ability to manage and see projects through with customersโฏ \n* Analytical, organized, process-oriented, and proactive mindsetโฏโฏ \n* Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvementโฏโฏ \n* Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire othersโฏโฏ \n* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsโฏ \n\n\n\n\n\n$60,000 - $70,000 a yearThe compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $60,000- $70,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.\n\nCOMPLY is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
