Read about it here!\n\nAbout The Role\n\nAs a Senior Salesforce Administrator at G2, youโll work closely with our stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain existing processes and bring new automation and data connections to Salesforce as part of an Agile team. You'll play a key role in solving product-related problems, making decisions, trade-off analysis for business deliverable commitments, and design and maintain all aspects of Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, CLM, Service Cloud, etc.). Additionally, you'll keep Salesforce Platform up to date and secure at all times. This role will work cross-functionally with other teams in the Revenue Org and with stakeholders across G2.\n\n\nSolve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.\n\nIn This Role, You Will: \n\nDeliver all Salesforce projects effectively and on time:\n\n\n* Capture business needs and requirements from users of Salesforce & key business stakeholders\n\n* Proactively seek areas for improvement\n\n* Document updates in Wiki\n\n\n\n\nKeep the Salesforce case queue to bare minimum by completing them all as per SLAs:\n\n\n* Responsible for escalations needed for cases\n\n* Help hold team accountable for SLAโs\n\n* Look for ways to improve case-handling processes\n\n\n\n\nBuild analytics to track the health and growth of Salesforce:\n\n\n* Assist in creation of Product Adoption Health Metrics\n\n* Own V2MOM scorecard for Salesforce\n\n* Subject matter expert on data pipeline & fields within and connected to Salesforce\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nWe realize applying for jobs can feel daunting at times.
