\nAbout the Role\n\nThe HR Analyst for People Projects will lead initiatives that optimize, automate, and enhance our global HR operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams in San Francisco, Ukraine, and India to implement cutting-edge analytical tools and systems, driving efficiency and data transparency. If you are passionate about using technology to streamline HR functions and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, this position is perfect for you.\n\nWhat You'll Do \n\n\n* Research and analyze areas for optimization and automation within People processes, systems, and tools.\n\n* Manage data integrity and accuracy, developing data cleaning and preprocessing procedures.\n\n* Create project briefs, validate concepts, and manage stakeholder expectations.\n\n* Coordinate project activities across multiple business units, including Finance and Legal.\n\n* Communicate project status updates to stakeholders using reports and presentations.\n\n* Provide leadership and direction to project team members, setting goals and monitoring performance.\n\n* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing. \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n\n* 4+ years of  experience in analytics / HR operations. \n\n* Proficiency with analytical tools and systems such as PowerBI, SQL basic,  Excel Macros.\n\n* Strong experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.  \n\n* Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in requirements clarification and prioritization. \n\n* Excellent English level, both verbal and written. \n\n* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. \n\n* Basic knowledge of People processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations \n\n* Experience with budgeting and financial management principles. \n\n* Negotiation skills with service providers. \n\n* Project planning and estimation techniques. \n\n* Practical experience with HR systems such as ATS (Greenhouse), HRIS (bob), Performance Management (Lattice), and ADP. \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Us\n\nWe are a San Francisco based company founded in 2003.
