Within six months, you willโฆ\n\n\n* Be fully ramped up and able to anticipate the needs of Cody users.\n\n* Establish yourself as a key contributor to the team, known for your expertise in both the technical and product aspects of our work.\n\n* Participate in initiatives that push the boundaries of what Cody can do, making coding more accessible and enjoyable for developers everywhere.\n\n\n\nAbout you\n\nYou are a full-stack software engineer with at least 2 years of industry experience. You are comfortable with frontend and backend work as needed, can pick up frameworks quickly, and can deliver high-quality work. \n\nBeyond your technical proficiency, you are a forward-thinking and adaptive contributor, ready to navigate a complex project. Your vision extends beyond code: you are passionate about the broader impact of your work on making coding accessible and enjoyable for a diverse global community. You actively seek out opportunities to challenge the status quo, drive meaningful change, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture. The starting salary for a successful candidate will be based on level, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and location zone.
