\nIDT is a leading provider in the telecom & fintech industry, specializing in mobile top-up solutions that facilitate hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions annually around the world. \n\n\nWe are dedicated to delivering seamless and efficient services to our users, and we are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.\n\n\n\nJob Description:\n* As a Senior Product Owner for our Mobile Top-Up Application, you will play a critical role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our mobile top-up products. \n* Reporting directly to the Business Unit Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of features that meet user needs and business goals.\n\n\n\nKey Resonsibilties:\n* Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the mobile top-up application.\n* Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives.\n* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs, translating them into clear product requirements.\n* Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered to users.\n* Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.\n* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.\n* Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and enhance the user experience.\n* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.\n* Monitor and report on product performance, using metrics to drive decision-making and measure success.\n* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our product remains competitive and relevant.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n* MBA or advanced degree preferred.\n* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile apps and fintech products.\n* Proven track record of managing successful products from ideation to launch and beyond.\n* Strong understanding of mobile top-up services and the fintech landscape preferred\n* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\n* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.\n* Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and roadmapping software.\n* Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep empathy for users.\n\n\n\nWe are pleased to offer:\n* Remote work opportunity!\n* B2B Employment ($, gross).\n* Really good hardware.\n* An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.\n* Great learning and growth opportunities.\n* First-class English lessons.\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us in shaping the future of mobile top-up services and making a positive impact on millions of users worldwide! \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
