Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. \n\n\n\nWHO YOU ARE\n\n\nHands-on expertise in data engineering and architecture, with the ability to follow software engineering best practices.\n\nExperience in building in-house solutions to address common data engineering patterns.\n\n\nProficient in CDC, Flink, Spark, Airflow, Trino, and Kubernetes.\n\n\nStrong understanding of data lakehouse design and technical integration with products.\n\n\nPassionate about data democratization, making data accessible and useful across the organization.\n\n\nFamiliarity with data management tools (e.g.OpenMetadata) and / or MLOps frameworks (e.g., Metaflow, Kubeflow)\n\n\nPrevious experience in a cloud-based infrastructure, preferably using AWS stack is a plus. \n\n\nExperience with scalable data processing and storage solutions (e.g., S3 Management, Trino, Hive Metastore) is a plus. \n\n\n\n\nWe recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
