Now is an exciting time to join the team as we continue to make the experience of debt resolution smoother, and more human.\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Design, development, and maintenance of integrations, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.\n* Contribute to Engineering Excellence of the integration practice by mentoring and elevating engineers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions. Support the hiring process to build a high-performing team.\n* Contribute directly to the codebase, primarily in Python and Golang, while also providing technical leadership and oversight.\n* Develop and maintain processes that drive efficiency and positive outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.\n* Wear multiple hats as needed to support the team and drive for results.\n* Leverage your expertise in AWS to architect and maintain cloud-based solutions that meet the demands of our integrations.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n* 5+ years of technical leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading successful engineering teams.\n* Proficiency in Python and strong experience with Golang.
