You will play a vital role across our product organization, coordinating with other product line PMs and cross-functional stakeholders in Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing. You will bring domain expertise in AI and ML, and develop a deep understanding of user problems to identify opportunities where AI/ML can help. The Machine Learning charter is pivotal to the future growth of SurveyMonkey and its position in the market vs other leading competitors.\n\nWhat youโll be working on\n\n\nDevelop ML product and ML platform roadmap and requirements working with cross-functional teams to execute by planning and managing expectations with stakeholders across the company\n\nWork closely with other product managers to ship ML capabilities across the usersโ survey journey. \n\nWork closely with engineering (data science and machine learning platform) to execute on the product roadmap\n\nAnalyze data and other feedback sources to refine product delivery iteratively \n\nWork closely with our UX design and research teams to deeply understand our persona across various segments to drive the launch of various ML capabilities\n\nStay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and assess their potential application within SurveyMonkey.\n\n\n\n\nWeโd love to hear from people with\n\n\nBachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.\n\n5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML products\n\n2+ years delivering NLP based product features\n\nStrong understanding of AI and ML technologies and their applications.\n\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\n\nExperience working in an agile development environment.\n\nPassion for leveraging AI and ML to solve real-world problems and improve user experiences.\n\n\n\n\n#LI-remote \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
