\nReporting to the Manager, Implementation Services, the Implementation Consultant II will be responsible for delivering assigned implementation projects.  Will work to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to GHX customers through all assigned projects.\n\nResponsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the client relationship, achievement of service levels, as well as execution on key projects with specific focus on client utilization and satisfaction.  Will manage implementation to project objectives, follow project plans, as well as work with the Client organizations to manage priorities and expectations.  \n\nWork cross-functionally in a matrix role, and focus on achieving required service levels, meeting project timelines, and addressing services and client issues as required.\n\nAt GHX we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.\n\nPrincipal duties and responsibilities:\n\n\n* Provides exceptional service to assigned accounts.\n\n* Leads implementation projects in accordance with the scope of work sold to the customer.\n\n* Develops, tracks, and reports against customer specific project plans.\n\n* Provides train-the-trainer customer education, as needed.\n\n* Assists customers with the deployment of GHX products.\n\n* Ensures customers receive value and achieves high degrees of utilization from GHX products and services.\n\n* Maintains and communicates project status, to include identifying risks and mitigation strategies.\n\n* Coordinates with other GHX departments and Solution Delivery staff members to ensure customer objectives are met.\n\n* Works towards operational excellence and continual quality improvement to drive an optimal GHX customer experience, as well as internal efficiency.\n\n* Participates with the development and maintenance of best practice implementation methodologies.\n\n* Ability to contribute different thoughts, ideas and viewpoints that lead to greater innovation on projects and cross-functional collaborative efforts.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n\n* Customer-focused professional with a passion for excellence and experience with healthcare IT implementation projects. \n\n* Exceptional client management, project management and interaction skills. \n\n* Self-motivation and a strong work ethic are essential to success. \n\n* Must possess outstanding communication, analytical, planning, coordination, and negotiation skills, as well as a track record of developing and maintaining strong business relationships.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or combination of education and equivalent work experience.\n\n* Proven history of success (typically 1-2 years) in an implementation or project management role, preferably in a healthcare IT environment.\n\n* Basic understanding of health care supply chain.\n\n* Ability to configure applications, with knowledge of front-end business process applications.\n\n* Experience or competency to perform application training sessions to customer project teams, lead process and application training sessions.\n\n* Ability to manage data in Excel/import export.\n\n* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.\n\n* Experience with project reporting.\n\n* Ability to excel in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.\n\n* Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n* Ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\n* Dedication to customer service, with strong client management skills.\n\n* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and personnel at varying levels of the company and customer organizations.\n\n* Exceptional people and change management skills.\n\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel)\n\n* Ability to work with limited supervision.\n\n* Superior organizational and problem-solving abilities.\n\n* Strong verbal, writing and presentation delivery skills. \n\n* We are looking for someone who is proficient in the role requirements, but who also brings a unique perspective and diversity of thought to our team. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
