Through our wallet, users can send money to anyone, pay for bills, shop online at over 100,000 merchants, receive money transfers from 200+ countries even without a bank account, and of course view and purchase cryptocurrencies.\n\n\n\nWhat you'll do\n* Work closely with Operations and Quant Team to configure and test the exchange application end-to-end, which includes drafting, executing, reviewing, and owning the test scenarios, test cases and checklist(s)/process flow(s).\n* Monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure it is align with global market prices\n* Treasury management for quant wallet \n* Prepare and present weekly OKR reports\n* Managed and onboard partners onto exchange\n* Leverage trading metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to increase profitability and performance\n* Maintain exchange liquidity and troubleshoot any live-trading issues\n\n\n\nWhat we expect from you\n* A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.\n* Extensive experience in Crypto operations and process optimization.\n* More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations. \n* Preferably, more than 1 year of experience in spot or Conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations.\n* Good knowledge in operations, including BAU, back admin system management, basic trading knowledge, and market promotion.\n* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n* Experience in risk management and automation tools.\n* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin the Coins Team Now!\n\n\nMeaningful Collaborations - The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with other relevant teams to carry out implementations that will improve and create an impact on customer experience.\n\n\nScalable Growth - Be part of a fast-growing organization with the vision to expand its territories outside APAC which will provide opportunities for career advancement.\n\n\nA Space For Bright Ideas - Let your bright ideas be converted into meaningful changes!
