Join our team as we continue to enable our clients to build more resilient and sustainable infrastructure. \n\nThe opportunity:\n\nThe DevOps team is focused on optimizing the flow of delivery, and is involved in the following areas:\n\n\n* Support product development and operations teams by developing a consistent installation and\ndeployment process to ensure a stable and reliable state for production systems\n\n* Understanding development and operations needs, produce solutions that support new features and enable increased development and deployment velocity through process and automation\n\n* Improve the reliability of our infrastructure through design, monitoring and optimization\n\n* Help engineers troubleshoot issues and collaborate on solutions\n\n* Education and sharing of DevOps best practices throughout the wider organization\n\n* Deploy, run, monitor and administer cloud native applications\n\n\n\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n\n* Ownership of the build and deployment infrastructure, maintain stability and uptime\n\n* Administration of Azure DevOps and security tooling as part of CI/CD and SSDLC\n\n* Coach, mentor and develop teammates to help them excel and reach their full potential\n\n* Foster a collaborative, high-performing team that is focused on delighting clients\n\n* Identify and promote areas for growth and improvement within the team\n\n* Collaborate with other teams to define and prioritize tasks for the team\n\n* Manage the backlog in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders\n\n* Champion the adoption of an Agile and DevSecOps mindset\n\n\n\n\nSalary:\n\nThe typical hiring range for this position is from $140,000 CAD to $160,000 CAD annually. The salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on skills, experience, and internal equity.
