We appreciate the individuality of the people around us.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nAs a Data Analyst at Trace3, you’ll develop dashboards and analytics solutions for clients, transforming datasets to provide clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your role will involve developing solutions with leading analytics technologies, often Microsoft Power BI, engaging with clients to understand their unique business needs, and translating these into technical specifications. Using your expertise with data analysis and a consultative approach, you’ll provide expert advice and insights, ensuring our analytics solutions resonate with a broad spectrum of businesses and drive informed decision-making. \n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n\n* Develop comprehensive analytics solutions, often in the form of dashboards, to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.\n\n* Demonstrate substantial technical expertise in one or more data analytics solutions such as Microsoft Power BI to integrate, prepare and visualize data.\n\n* Engage in consulting tasks, offering expert advice and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.\n\n* Perform as a business analyst, adept at communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders and end-users.\n\n* Collaborate with clients to gather and document requirements, identify key business needs and translate those into technical specifications.\n\n* Integrate seamlessly with client teams, adapting to various business environments and challenges.\n\n* Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data transformation and extraction.\n\n* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data availability.\n\n* Implement data quality checks and data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\n\n* Utilize Databricks for advanced data processing, transformation, and analytics.\n\n* Manage and optimize data storage.\n\n* Build and maintain data warehouses and analytics solutions.\n\n* Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for data visualization and insights.\n\n* Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, addressing any issues in a timely manner.\n\n* Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure data technologies and best practices.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\n\n* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role. \n\n* Experience in data analysis and business intelligence with technical experience and/or certifications with technologies such as Microsoft Power BI.\n\n* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to understand complex analytics requirements and to clearly communicate and demonstrate \n\n* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.\n\n* Experience with data exploration and data profiling. \n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n* Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other languages used for data exploration.\n\n* Familiarity with leading data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric as a data source for BI tools.\n\n* Familiarity with data modeling concepts and the ability to recognize when data is in the right format to meet analytical needs.\n\n* Experience in a consulting role and understanding of the dynamics of professional services.\n\n* General acumen with AI technologies to enhance data solution development.\n\n\n\n\nThe Perks:\n\n\n* Comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans for you and your dependents\n\n* 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match, 529 College Savings Plan, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability\n\n* Competitive Compensation\n\n* Training and development programs\n\n* Stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages\n\n* Collaborative and cool culture\n\n* Work-life balance and generous paid time off\n\n\n\n\n***To all recruitment agencies: Trace3 does not accept unsolicited agency resumes/CVs.
