\nAbout the team/role\n\nAs a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for driving customer retention and growth by ensuring that your customers are engaged and leveraging the full value of the Checkr solution. You will work alongside an elite team of Customer Success Managers that succeeds through collaboration, grit, and constant improvement. \n\nThe Customer Success team is proactive, intuitive, and dynamic. We work with different profiles and a broad range of customers who are in different phases of the customer lifecycle. Informed and organized, the Customer Success team works to drive maximum value between all Checkr and Customer relationships. \n\nWhat youโll do\n\n\n* Support a wide range of tactical account responsibilities including but not limited to issue tracking/follow up, data and trend analysis, meeting coordination and management, and business review preparation\n\n* Develop a comprehensive understanding of their respective clients to contribute to planned and strategic initiatives\n\n* Collaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals and contribute to ongoing initiatives aimed at continuously improving our approach to efficiently and effectively secure our customers' success, ensuring they receive maximum value from Checkr product offerings.\n\n* Be the voice of the customer and partner with cross functional teams to provide visibility on customer issues and feedback across internal Checkr teams\n\n* Oversees multiple customer projects throughout lifecycle including expansions, implementations, integrations, and enhancements\n\n\n\n\nWhat you bring\n\n\n* 1-3 years of client-facing customer success/customer service experience\n\n* General knowledge of software applications i.e. Salesforce, Google Apps, etc.\n\n* Strong customer focus, you care about your customers and view their success as your own\n\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner\n\n* Acute attention to detail to track high-volume tactical program elements across multiple customers\n\n* Flexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment\n\n* Learn quickly and are excited to take on challenging new projects\n\n* Enjoy planning, executing, iterating, winning, and celebrating our individual and collective success\n\n* Experience in the SaaS or Human Resources space is a plus\n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll get\n\n\n* A fast-paced and collaborative environment\n\n* Learning and development allowance\n\n* Competitive compensation and opportunity for advancement\n\n* 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage\n\n* Up to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services\n\n* Flexible PTO policy\n\n* Monthly wellness stipend, home office stipend\n\n\n\n\nAt Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection.
