What Is Wrike?\n\nWrike is an enterprise-ready, cloud-based collaborative work management platform for managing cross-functional work at scale that is fully configurable and enables contextual collaboration in a secure environment. Enterprises use Wrike to offer a single digital workplace for all of their departments and teams.\n\nRole and Responsibilities\n\n* Must be ready to support US working hours; 8:30pm IST to 5:30am IST\n\n* Review, validate, and process customer contracts in CPQ/SFDC system.\n\n* Make sure the customer is provisioned according to the signed contract and all the contractual obligations are fulfilled.\n\n* Create, check and send invoices according to the rules and regulations, as well as in accordance with the customer requirements.\n\n* Provide support to the Sales, Renewals, Legal, Customer Support, Customer Success and other teams.\n\n* Help structuring contracts, find the best solution for the sales team making sure it complies with company guidelines and system rules.\n\n* Validate or escalate exceptions and customization requests.\n\n* Work in SFDC, CPQ, Netsuite, Wrike, Zendesk.\n\n* Help with system limitations and/or issues.\n\n* Respond to customer queries and cancellation requests.\n\n* Help with customer vendor forms.\n\n* Provide coverage and support to the other members of the billing team when required.\n\n* Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.\n\n\n\n\n\nQualification Requirements\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related\n\n* 1+ years of relevant experience\n\n* Fluent in verbal and written English\n\n* Excellent computational skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, calculating percentages, understanding of proration calculation, etc\n\n* Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.\n\n* Great attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture at the same time\n\n* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to find a creative solution while adhering to company policies and guidelines.\n\n* Be able to work independently and cross functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Support teams\n\nGood understanding of basic legal contract structure and revenue recognition concepts is a plus\n\n\n\n\nNote: This is a contract role which will last 6 months.\n\nTools you will use\n\nNetSuite/Oracle\n\nSalesforce CPQ \n\nMicrosoft Suites (Word & Excel)\n\nWrike Management tool\n\nZenDesk ticketing system\n\nRingDNA\n\n\n\n\n\nPerks of working at Wrike\n\n\n* 10 days of National and Festival Holidays per year\n\n* 18 days of paid vacation per year\n\n* 14 days of sick leave with a medical certificate per year\n\n* 5 uncertified sick days per year\n\n* Group Medical Plan: Coverage for employees, spouse, children, and parents/in-laws for Rs 5,00,000\n\n* Personal Accident Insurance: Rs 50,00,000\n\n* Term Life Insurance: Rs 50,00,000\n\n* Up to 26 weeks of paid maternity leave for the first two children\n\n* 4 weeks of paid parental leave\n\n* 2 days off for volunteering with nonprofit charities\n\n* Broadband/Internet Reimbursement: INR 1500 per month\n\n* Night shift allowance\n\n* This position is available remote \n\n\n\nYour recruitment buddy will be Tripti Sachan, Senior Recruiter.\n\n\n \n#LI-TS1\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
