Weโre looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team. We are offering a starting salary of 60,000โฌ - 80,000โฌ depending on experience.
What youโll do
We are remote-friendly, you can work from home, or in our beautiful office in Berlin Mitte - itโs completely up to you. Our development team currently consists of five developers, who enjoy working in a scrum environment. You will join them in maintaining and improving our product.
Dive into the existing frontend and backend codebase
Develop new features, fix bugs, and define ideas together with the team based on customer feedback, your expertise and data (e.g. from our BigQuery based data warehouse)
Work directly with our customers to support them and gather feedback
Contribute to the company strategy at Small Improvements. Everyone cares about and contributes to who we are and what we do as a company.
Who weโre looking for
Our best guess would be that you have worked as a software developer for at least 5 years, but whatโs more important are your actual skills.
Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming and modern frontend development
Ideally, you have experience with Java, Spring, TypeScript and React. Alternatively, you have worked with similar technologies and believe you can quickly learn them and other parts of our tech stack, see small-improvements.com/company/tech-stack
What you build is user-friendly and you are able to reason about usability
Passionate about great architecture and clean code. We use many ideas from DDD, Clean Architecture, Software Crafts(wo)manship and Functional Programming to name a few.
