The Studio Operations Manager reports directly to the Studioโs CEO.\n\nThis is a remote position on a globally distributed team.\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\nLead operational excellence across the studio to support game development\n\nCollaborate with studio leadership to support our mission, vision, and pillars; develop plans to further achieve those goals\n\nCollaborate with the finance and production teams to manage budgets across the studio\n\nLead HR initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding and employee development\n\nPartner with our project and recruiting teams to identify and attract world class talent\n\nPartner with our legal team on executing and maintaining contracts with partners and contractors\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n5+ yearsโ experience in various operations roles at companies with at least 50 people\n\nExcels at communication, problem solving and risk analysis\n\nExpertise designing and implementing cross-departmental projects from beginning to end\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\n\n\n Preferences\n\n\nExperience in operations at a game development studio (especially with successful, shipped titles)\n\nExperience with remote teams, located in multiple countries around the world\n\nExpertise working with international teams across various divisions of a larger company\n\nA passion for making incredible video games\n\n\n\n\n\nDonโt meet every single requirement? \n\nStudies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply at jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
