\n \n\n \n\nAs a Software Engineer II, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of proprietary software applications while leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to enhance efficiency. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize software applications, leveraging modern technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance system performance and streamline business processes.\n\nYou will gain experience in modern front-end frameworks (React.js or similar), GraphQL APIs, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or similar), while also leveraging low-code platforms to build and enhance agent- and customer-facing application UIs, accelerating development and improving user experiences. Additionally, you will utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Tabnine) to streamline coding, automate repetitive tasks, and improve code quality.\n\nThis position is ideal for a technically skilled, growth-oriented engineer who enjoys collaborating within a team, solving problems, and learning modern software development methodologies.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSoftware Development & AI-Enhanced Engineering\n\n\n* Develop and maintain C#, .NET Core, and SQL-based applications, leveraging AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex) to enhance productivity.\n\n* Assist in the development of modern front-end applications using React.js (or similar frameworks and low code platforms) and GraphQL (or REST APIs).\n\n* Participate in the design, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications while ensuring best coding practices.\n\n* Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform (or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools) to improve deployment consistency.\n\n* Work with low-code platforms to build front-end applications for agents and customers, streamlining business processes.\n\n\n\n\nCollaboration & Business Integration\n\n\n* Work closely with senior engineers, business users, and cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and user needs.\n\n* Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionality, as well as enhancements and optimizations for existing applications.\n\n* Provide technical support and troubleshooting, working with the team to resolve application issues.\n\n* Participate in discussions to determine business value-driven priorities for development efforts.\n\n\n\n\nContinuous Learning & Mentorship\n\n\n* Stay current with emerging technologies, AI-powered development tools, and modern engineering practices.\n\n* Learn from senior engineers while also collaborating with and supporting junior developers.\n\n* Contribute to team discussions on modern software architecture, DevOps automation, and AI-driven development.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\nEducation & Experience\n\n\n* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
