If you love solving complex problems, writing clean code, and owning features end-to-end (including tests 👀), this one is for you.\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API.\n- Apply software architecture patterns like Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS to structure modular, maintainable systems.\n- Work hands-on with SQL Server: database design, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.\n- Use Entity Framework (EF Core or EF6) for ORM and efficient data access.\n- Write clean, testable, maintainable code—with proper documentation.\n- Take full ownership of testing (unit, integration, performance) as part of a Shift Left / No QA engineering culture.\n- Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n\nMandatory Skills:\n- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS software development.\n-Strong hands-on experience with: C#, .NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework (EF Core or EF6)\n- Mongo DB (queries, stored procedures, indexing, tuning)\n- Solid understanding of OOP, software design patterns, and enterprise architecture.\n- Experience with DDD, CQRS, and clean separation of business logic/data layers.\n- Knowledge of multithreading, async/await, and system performance tuning.\n- Strong Git skills and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile environments.\n- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.\n- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).\n- Experience collaborating with multiple squads/teams.\n- Required: Active daily use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.).\n\n\nNice to Have:\n- Experience building AI-powered features (smart forms, intelligent search, NLP, etc.).\n- Experience in Shift Left / Full Ownership environments—from design to deployment.\n- Exposure to event-driven architecture or messaging patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).\n- Familiarity with Angular or another modern frontend framework.\n\n\nTeam & Environment:\n- Collaborative environment working closely with PMs, QA, and designers.\n- Engineers are fully responsible for testing and code quality (shift-left development culture).\n- Balanced workload of new feature development and ongoing system maintenance.\n- Encourages ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\n\nAbout Ubiminds\n\n\nOur Culture\nPeople First. We are all about people!\nChallenge yourself. There’s always room for improvement and continuous improvement is in our essence.\nMake it happen. Be ready to take challenges as they come.
