\nCrazyGames.com, one of the world’s largest browser games platforms, is looking for a remote Senior NextJS / React Front-End Engineer. \nYou will be working in a small fully remote engineering team, together with a designer, where you will bring our front-end experience to the next level. CrazyGames is already used by more than 3 million users per day, providing us with a wide audience that gets to use your work every day.\n\n\nKey outcomes for the role:\n* \nWithin 1 month, you have built components from scratch that are used by 40,000,000 users every month.\n* \nWithin 3 months, you have improved our INP score by improving the performance of our key pages.\n* \nWithin 6 months, you take ownership over complex frontend features, managing them from scoping to execution and testing\n* \nWithin 12 months, you propose large architectural changes to the code base that facilitate future development and benefit performance.\n\n\nOn a typical day you might:\n* \nImplement and finetune a new design of the carousels on our homepage\n* \nPropose and discuss interactions on the website that can be improved together with the designer, data scientist and product manager\n* \nIdentify a heavy component, and refactor it into several lighter components\n* \nBreak down a front-end oriented epic into specific issues and discuss it with the tech lead\n\n\nWhat we offer:\n\n* \nJoin our international engineering team of 7 experienced engineers\n* \nWork closely together with a product manager and designer to ensure users have the best experience possible\n* \nA modern tech stack ( NextJS, GraphQL, Typescript and ExpressJS ) on a massive scale (up to 300,000,000 gameplays per month, from users across the world )\n* \nA lot of responsibility and freedom. Bonus points if you have NextJS experience.\n* \nYou have experience optimizing a large React application for a broad audience with a wide range of devices.\n* \nYou can implement both a very concrete design as well as a high level wireframe.\n* \nYou can think from the perspective of the user.\n* \nYou have experience interpreting analytics data to drive design choices.\n* \nYou are intelligent, efficient, and organized.
