You’ll drive data-informed decision-making across the organization by translating business problems into analytical solutions, designing insightful dashboards, and uncovering trends that shape strategic actions.\nThis role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, deep business acumen, and a passion for using data to tell stories that inspire action.\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\n\nAnalyze complex datasets to identify actionable insights, trends, and opportunities\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Redash\nConduct ad hoc analyses to support product, marketing, and operations initiatives\nPartner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability\nDevelop and maintain KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems\nAssist in building scalable data models and automation pipelines\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to define analytical needs\nTranslate business questions into data requirements and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership\nMentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making\nDefine and standardize analytical best practices across the organization\n\n\nYou’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have\n\n\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)\n5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence\nProficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R)\nExperience with modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or Redash)\nStrong understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data modeling\nExperience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based environments (e.g., Snowflake, Eppo)\nExcellent communication and storytelling skills with data\nAttention to detail, analytical rigor, and curiosity for continuous improvement\n\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n\nExperience in telecommunications, SaaS, or consumer app environments\nFamiliarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics\nUnderstanding of ETL processes and data warehousing fundamentals\nExperience collaborating with product teams on experimentation and growth analytics\n\n\nEstimated Base Salary Range by Location:\n\n\nCanada (CAD): $103,700 – $140,300\nUS – National (USD): $114,800 – $155,300\nFinal compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including skills, experience, location, and on-the-job performance.
