The following will be the candidates key focus areas:\n•Passionate around automating and writing end-to-end testing including frontend/backend applications, with strong command on OOPs concept.\n•Create Test harness and infrastructure. Being comfortable with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment. Ability to use a wide variety of open source and in-house technologies and tools.\n•Take a hands-on approach to implementing QA processes right from requirements analysis, test design, automation and analysis.\n•Own the quality and timeliness of delivery.\n•Collaborate with developers, business and multiple global stakeholders to drive QA agenda & standards by engaging with them throughout the SDLC.\n•Communicate key issues and progress updates in a regular, accurate, timely fashion\n•Work closely with technical leaders to develop the best technical design and approach for testing our functionality at scale.\n•Build software solutions where the problem is not well defined. You are capable of understanding the interaction between the components in a distributed system in order to ensure they are functioning properly.\n\n\nSkills Required\n•3-4 years of hands-on experience working on QA automation using Java\n•Experience in developing test automation for Web applications preferably using Cypress, Selenium, BDD Cucumber and Java\n•Experience in developing test automation within Agile projects.\n•Experience in developing test automation for Backend applications preferably using rest assured.\n•Good knowledge about testing concepts and understanding of database concepts, OOPs concepts and strong in core Java skills.\n•Strong working knowledge of various test types including client/server, white-box, black-box, positive/negative, and relational database testing.\n•Solid test design skills, test case writing, automation and analysis.\n•Strong working knowledge of various test phases including functional, integration and regression\n•Ability to learn new things, architectural level details, innovative testing approach.\n•Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills\n•Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach\n•Setting up/Use of Continuous Integration tools\n\n\nBonus Skills:\n•Knowledge on Protractor, Typescript, Python\n\n\nDesired Educational Qualification\n•A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.\n•Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n$30 - $40 a month\n\nWe invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert here.\n\n\nResearch shows that women and other underrepresented groups apply only if they meet 100% of the criteria of a job posting.
