We are seeking a remote Junior Recruiter in Mexico.\n\n\nJob Overview: \nWe are seeking a Junior Recruiter with a proven track record in managing high-volume hiring across diverse levels, from entry to senior roles. This role involves sourcing, screening, and cultivating strong candidate relationships to ensure a seamless recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.\n\n\nShift Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Demonstrating extensive proficiency in high-volume hiring processes.\n* Managing recruitment efforts across all levels of positions, ranging from Entry Level to Senior Level.\n* Utilizing various resources such as databases, contacts, references, and social media to source and attract potential candidates.\n* Conducting thorough screening of prospective candidates through telephonic and video interviews.\n* Facilitating initial rounds of interviews and effectively shortlisting candidates.\n* Serving as a primary point of contact and cultivating impactful candidate relationships throughout the selection process\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* A minimum of 02 to 03 years of demonstrated experience in Recruitment.\n* Proficiency in English communication, both written and oral, is essential.\n* Demonstrated expertise in scaling up and efficiently managing high volume demands.\n* Capacity to operate independently and manage multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.\n* Strong interpersonal abilities, negotiation skills, and adeptness in conflict resolution.\n* Consistent demonstration of integrity, professionalism, and strict adherence to confidentiality standards.\n\n\n\n\n\n$4.89 - $4.89 an hour\n\nAbout 1840 & Company\n\n\n1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services.
