As we expand into new markets, we are looking for an experienced and culturally fluent Community Manager for the Korean market to build, grow, and manage our local presence.\n\n\nRole Summary\nAs our Community Manager for Korea, you will be the voice and face of the company in Korean-speaking communities. You will foster a vibrant, loyal user base and act as the bridge between our Korean community and the global team.\n\n\nResponsibilities\nCommunity Growth & Engagement\nBuild and nurture our Korean-speaking community on platforms such as KakaoTalk, Naver Cafe, Twitter (X), Discord, and Telegram.\nDesign and execute community engagement campaigns, events, and content to grow active user participation.\nModerate and manage local community channels, respond to user inquiries, and surface key insights.\nLocalization & Culturalization\nTranslate and localize marketing materials, blog posts, newsletters, and announcements.\nAdapt global campaigns and content to the Korean market in a culturally sensitive and compelling way.\nAdvocacy & Feedback Loop\nIdentify and empower local advocates, ambassadors, and content creators.\nGather feedback, suggestions, and sentiment from Korean users and relay it to product and marketing teams.\nPartnership & Ecosystem Support\nCollaborate with local projects, influencers, media, and event organizers to increase brand visibility.\nRepresent the company at online and offline events, meetups, and AMAs in Korea.\n\n\nRequirements\nExperience: 2+ years in community management, marketing, or growth roles in Web3, crypto, or tech startups. Proven experience managing Korean communities.\nLanguage Skills: Native Korean and fluent English communication.\nCultural Fluency: Deep understanding of Korean crypto culture, platforms, memes, and influencers.\nTools Proficiency: Familiar with using Discord, Telegram, Notion, Twitter, and analytics tools.\nSelf-Starter: Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, global environment.\nCrypto-Native: Genuine interest and participation in Web3, NFTs, DeFi, or DAOs.\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Location\nany
