For more information, visit www.betterment.com/401k.\nAbout the Role:\n\nWe’re looking to bring on an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Small to Medium sized business segment (SMB)  to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Betterment for Business (B4B) Team. Reporting to our Head of Sales, you will oversee our current team of SMB Account Executives and SDRs, focused on employers with 51-500 employees converting their 401(k) plans to Betterment. Our SMB sales team has built tremendous momentum over the last year, and is focused on selling the innovation we are bringing to market. We are seeking someone goal-oriented, who understands how to set up and motivate the team for long term success, drawing on your passion for financial wellness. In this role, you will drive sales through excellent forecasting, collaborating across the business, and supporting, training, and mentoring our sales team. It will be critical that you are able to iterate quickly based on feedback and prioritize between multiple different stakeholders.  \n\nThe retirement space is far from stagnant and Betterment is a fast-paced environment. Colorado has an annual starting salary of $72,000, variable compensation, a competitive equity package, health, dental and vision benefits, and a 401(k) offering.
