The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed and is dedicated to bringing the voice of our customers to every table and empowering our organization to solve problems for our customers in meaningful ways.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities: \n* Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of crypto users.\n* Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.\n* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs.\n* Create UI mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and experience.\n* Create and manage design libraries.\n* Work closely with product and developers to create intuitive software.\n* Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to developers.\n* Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders based on design thinking principles.\n* Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.\n* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.\n* Find creative ways to solve UX problems related to usability and findability.\n* Build products that are beautiful, simple, and delightful.\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n* At least 3 years of experience in UX design or similar roles.\n* Proficient in design software.
