This role partners closely with Sales to lead pre-sales technical strategy, architect tailored solutions, and demonstrate how Cyara helps prospective customers improve their CX testing and monitoring strategies. You will be instrumental in building trust with senior customer stakeholders, uncovering business and technical needs, and aligning Cyara's capabilities to complex enterprise environments and revenue goals.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nLet's talk about the role and responsibilities:\n\n* Own and lead pre-sales technical activities for assigned opportunities, including discovery, tailored demos, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.\n\n* Collaborate with Sales and Sales leadership to understand customer requirements, align technical execution to account strategy, and support revenue goals.\n\n* Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points, business drivers, decision criteria, and technical requirements.\n\n* Architect and propose solutions that integrate Cyara's platform with customers' existing technology stacks, ensuring seamless operation and optimization of their CX strategies.\n\n* Develop and present customized demonstrations of Cyara's platform that clearly connect customer challenges to business value.\n\n* Respond to technical inquiries, manage objections effectively, and provide expert guidance throughout complex sales cycles.\n\n* Represent Cyara in customer-facing events, including customer conferences, webinars, trade shows, and executive-level engagements.\n\n* Partner cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and other internal teams to share customer feedback, resolve issues, and support smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery.\n\n* Create and contribute to technical sales materials, documentation, best practices, case studies, and internal enablement resources that strengthen the Solution Architect team.\n\n* Mentor junior Solution Architects and share thought leadership, advanced strategies, and winning techniques across the team.\n\n\n\n\nLet’s talk about your skills/expertise:\n\n* 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture role, ideally presenting to C-level and VP-level stakeholders.\n\n* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent related work experience.\n\n* Proven experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level technical sales efforts from discovery through close.\n\n* Experience in CX, contact center, call centre, IVR, testing, monitoring, or related technologies preferred.\n\n* Advanced technical acumen with the ability to design solutions, integrate complex systems, and translate technical capabilities into business value.\n\n* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create a vision for Cyara's solutions and engage both technical and business audiences.\n\n* Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to uncover customer challenges, goals, needs, motivations, and decision-making processes.\n\n* Ability to use storytelling, relevant customer examples, and value-based messaging to build trust and connect Cyara's solutions to customer outcomes.\n\n* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to respond to objections using sound logic in a non-confrontational manner.\n\n* Strong meeting management skills, including active listening, succinct responses, clear transitions, and defined next steps.\n\n* Leadership and mentoring ability, with a willingness to coach junior Solution Architects and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.\n\n* Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and other internal stakeholders.\n\n* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend trade shows and corporate events globally, and participate in sales engagements.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n$170,000 - $200,000 a year\nThis range indicates OTE. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.\n\nWhy you should join us: \nAt Cyara you’ll have the opportunity to work with a group of people who share common goals, are driven by a similar passion, and value the expertise of their peers.
