Remote Software Engineering Team Lead
\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Lead to lead our ETH MEV team, in designing and deploying high-performance systems that interact with the Ethereum network.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Lead and mentor a team of blockchain core experts focusing on MEV services/mempool transactions for ETH\n* Oversee the development and maintenance of MEV bots, searchers, and relayers interacting with Ethereum\n* Set engineering priorities and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of projects from research to production\n* Develop and implement strategies to optimize performance \n* Provide insight on best practices working with validators and traders in regards to ETH\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions \n* Work on special data analysis projects, as needed\n\n\n\nRequirements\n* 2+ years experience in managing an Engineering team \n* At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems\n* 3+ years experience in Blockchain \n* 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV \n* Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS\n* Expertise using Go language\n* Strong communication and problem solving skills \n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
