The team builds products used by millions of users and relies heavily on research, experimentation, and analytics to continuously improve the user journey.\nThis role combines UX strategy, product thinking, and hands-on design execution, contributing to the creation of high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.\n\nChallenge\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer (5+ years) who thrives in user-centered design environments and enjoys solving complex product challenges.\nYou will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Researchers to identify opportunities, improve critical user journeys, and design intuitive, scalable product experiences.\nThis role requires strong ability to translate complex product problems into elegant design solutions, supported by quantitative and qualitative insights.\nAs a senior contributor, you will also help evolve the design system, contribute to design culture, and ensure that design decisions remain aligned with business objectives and user needs.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\nChampion design thinking and promote collaboration across teams\n\n\n\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to identify user needs and define product requirements\n\n\n\nDesign end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms\n\n\n\nTranslate complex problems into clear user journeys and design solutions\n\n\n\nAlign design decisions with business goals and product strategy\n\n\n\nCreate and maintain design artifacts, including:\n\n\nInformation architecture diagrams\n\n\n\nUser flows\n\n\n\nUser stories and use cases\n\n\n\nWireframes and high-fidelity mockups\n\n\n\nInteractive prototypes\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrototype and test user interactions and workflows\n\n\n\nUse qualitative and quantitative research insights to guide design decisions\n\n\n\nAnalyze product analytics and behavioral data to improve user experience\n\n\n\nContribute to the evolution and governance of the design system\n\n\n\nParticipate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback\n\n\n\nDocument design decisions and maintain clear product design documentation\n\n\n\n\n\nMandatory Skills\n\n\n5+ years of professional experience in product design\n\n\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI design work\n\n\n\nProven experience applying human-centered design principles\n\n\n\nExperience designing for web and mobile applications\n\n\n\nAbility to lead or independently execute medium to large product initiatives\n\n\n\nExperience conducting or leveraging user research (discovery and validation)\n\n\n\nExperience using analytics and behavioral data to inform design decisions\n\n\n\nExperience working with design systems\n\n\n\nStrong communication and storytelling skills for presenting design decisions\n\n\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams\n\n\n\n\n\nNice to Have\n\n\nExperience designing products in B2C eCommerce or B2B SaaS environments\n\n\n\nFamiliarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript\n\n\n\nExperience facilitating Design Thinking workshops or Design Sprints\n\n\n\nStrong self-management and accountability in fast-paced environments\n\n\n\nPassion for innovative product experiences and emerging industries\n\n\n\n\n\nTeam & Environment\n\n\nCross-functional product team including Product, Engineering, Data, and Research\n\n\n\nCulture focused on collaboration, creativity, and experimentation\n\n\n\nStrong emphasis on research-driven and data-informed design decisions\n\n\n\nOpportunity to work on large-scale mobile and web products\n\n\n\nEnvironment that encourages design ownership and innovation\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Ubiminds\nOur Culture\nPeople First.
