Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check. \n\nEssential Job Duties\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Salesforce Administrator to join our team.As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support our business operations and enhance overall efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, extensive knowledge of Salesforce best practices, and proficient ability in Salesforce flows, process builders, and formula fields.\n\nWhat You Need to Get the Job Done\n\n\n* Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator, including advanced knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization\n\n* Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.\n\n* Proficient understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management, security, and governance\n\n* Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions\n\n* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization\n\n* Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior administrators or Salesforce teams\n\n* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\n\n\n\nWhat Will Make Us REALLY Love You \n\n\n* Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred \n\n* Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude\n\n* Experience working with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Agentforce\n\n* Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus\n\n* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working on Agile development projects is a plus\n\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Love About Us\n\n\n* Great Company Culture.
