If you're looking to join a company where performance isn’t a department… it’s the culture, this is that place.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Role: \n\n \n\n\n\nThis is a high-growth opportunity for a sharp, driven marketer who wants to learn performance marketing the right way — in the weeds, at scale, with real accountability.\n\nGiddyUp's Performance Marketing Manager will work directly under GiddyUp's Senior Performance Marketing Manager, supporting the execution of pricing, promotional, and experimentation initiatives across our portfolio of DTC offers. This is not a passive support role. You'll be in the work everyday — running tests, pulling analysis, building frameworks, and contributing meaningfully to offer performance across the network.\n\nWhat makes this role unique is the GiddyUp model itself. Our PMMs wear more hats than you'll find almost anywhere else in the industry — blending offer strategy, consumer psychology, funnel design, and statistically rigorous experimentation into a single function. You won't specialize into one narrow lane. You'll develop across all of them.\n\nIf you're 2–4 years into your career, hungry to accelerate, and want to be coached by someone doing this at the highest level — this is the role.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do: \nPricing & Promotional Execution\n\n\n* \n\nSupport the development and execution of pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies across assigned offers.\n\n\n* \n\nHelp build and refine offer frameworks including bundle ladders, upsell flows, discount structures, and promotional mechanics.\n\n\n* \n\nExecute promotional structures such as BOGOs, limited-time discounts, free gift offers, and urgency-based mechanics — ensuring flawless setup and QA.\n\n\n* \n\nApply psychological pricing principles and perceived value tactics under the guidance of the Senior PMM to drive conversion and AOV improvements.\n\n\n* \n\nDefine how pricing and promotions are presented across landing pages and funnels — offer sections, CTAs, urgency elements, and social proof — in coordination with Creative Strategy.\n\n\n\n\n\nExperimentation & Analysis\n\n\n* \n\nExecute pricing and promotion experiments in Statsig under the direction of the Senior PMM — from test setup and instrumentation to readout and documentation.\n\n\n* \n\nSupport hypothesis development, defining primary success metrics and guardrail metrics for assigned tests.\n\n\n* \n\nAnalyze experiment results rigorously, interpreting tradeoffs across AOV, AOM, RPS, EPC, refund rate, and network margin.\n\n\n* \n\nPartner with Data to ensure clean test design, accurate instrumentation, and reliable reporting.\n\n\n* \n\nMaintain organized experiment logs and readouts that create institutional knowledge and feed future roadmap decisions.\n\n\n\n\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n\n\n* \n\nBuild strong working relationships with Campaign Success Managers (CSMs), Campaign Ops, Creative Strategy, Data, and Traffic teams.\n\n\n* \n\nPartner with Campaign Ops to execute, QA, and launch tests accurately across platforms.\n\n\n* \n\nWork with Creative Strategy to ensure pricing intent is reflected in copy, visuals, and storytelling.\n\n\n* \n\nCollaborate with Traffic and Media Buying to validate test results at scale and support CPA increase conversations tied to performance improvements.\n\n\n* \n\nSupport post-purchase offer development, upsell flows, and cross-sell strategies to maximize order value.\n\n\n\n\n\nCompetencies: \n\nUniversal \n\n\n* \n\nCollaboration & Teamwork: works collaboratively with managers, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve identified goals and objectives; stays up to speed on new technologies and leverages technology to increase productivity and efficiency\n\n\n\n\n\nDepartment\n\n\n* \n\nCampaign Strategy: Effectively manages GiddyUp's campaign performance strategies by analyzing data collected from testing and translating findings into actionable results that improve GiddyUp's campaign strategy \n\n\n* \n\nRevenue Optimization: Effectively increases campaigns and offer profitability through strategic testing and experimentation\n\n\n* \n\nFunnel Analytics: Effectively traces visitor and user journeys throughout GiddyUp's websites and landing pages and tests and optimizes visitor and user journeys in order to increase funnel conversion at the end of each stage\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat Success Looks like over the next 12 months: \n\n\n* \n\nWhat you will have accomplished 90 days in: \n\n\n* \n\nComplete onboarding across GiddyUp's platforms, systems, and experimentation frameworks — with a working command of Statsig, Tableau, and our core offer infrastructure.\n\n\n* \n\nDevelop a strong foundational understanding of how pricing and promotion initiatives impact AOV, AOM, RPS, and network margin.\n\n\n* \n\nSupport the execution and analysis of live pricing and promotion tests, contributing to hypothesis development, QA, and readouts under close guidance.\n\n\n* \n\nBuild productive working relationships with CSMs and cross-functional partners.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n* \n\nWhat you will have accomplished 6 months in: \n\n\n* \n\nOperate as a reliable execution partner to the Senior PMM — taking direction confidently and delivering quality work with increasing speed and independence.\n\n\n* \n\nLaunch, analyze, and document pricing and promotion experiments end-to-end within established frameworks.\n\n\n* \n\nDemonstrate a working command of GiddyUp's experimentation methodology and a growing intuition for offer performance.\n\n\n* \n\nContribute meaningfully to scaling winning strategies across additional traffic and brands.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n* \n\nWhat you will have accomplished 12 months in: \n\n\n* \n\nOperate with increasing autonomy as a trusted execution partner to the Senior PMM — proactively identifying tasks, surfacing opportunities, and initiating work within established frameworks without needing to be directed on every step.\n\n\n* \n\nDemonstrate a strong working command of GiddyUp's experimentation infrastructure (Statsig), pricing and promotion mechanics, and cross-functional workflows.\n\n\n* \n\nBe recognized by CSMs and cross-functional partners as a dependable, knowledgeable collaborator.\n\n\n* \n\nShow the instincts, initiative, and output quality that signal readiness for expanded responsibility over time.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTools & Technology: \n\n\n* \n\nStatsig (highly preferred) or equivalent experimentation platform\n\n\n* \n\nTableau\n\n\n* \n\nGiddyUp Ecommerce Platform\n\n\n* \n\nGoogle Analytics\n\n\n* \n\nMonday.com\n\n\n* \n\nSlack\n\n\n* \n\nExcel/Google Sheets\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRequired Education & Experience: \n\n\n* \n\n2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, direct-response, growth marketing, or a closely related field.\n\n\n* \n\nHands-on experience with eCommerce or DTC offers — with exposure to pricing, promotional, or conversion optimization work.\n\n\n* \n\nFamiliarity with experimentation concepts: A/B testing, hypothesis development, metric interpretation.\n\n\n* \n\nStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data to support decisions and document results.\n\n\n* \n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping balls.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Education & Experience: \n\n* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field\n\n* \n\nExperience with Statsig or a similar structured experimentation platform.\n\n\n* \n\nBackground in affiliate or partner marketing.\n\n\n* \n\nExp working in a start-up environment or in a small - medium sized company \n\n\n* \n\nDemonstrated results improving AOV, AOM, or RPS.\n\n\n* \n\nExperience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or performance-driven environments.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWork Environment: \n\n\nGiddyUp strives to provide a flexible, fun working environment.
