DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.\n\nWe are looking for a Jr. Social Media Manager to join our fun and growing TV & streaming division. The junior manager will partner with their team to oversee social accounts and create innovative and engaging social media campaigns for a prominent broadcast TV client. Our ideal person has experience developing social strategies, building out content calendars, tailored copywriting, and engaging with audiences on social media channels.\nYour Impact\n\n* Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns\n* Ideate social media content buckets and creative\n* Post content to all social media channels\n* Facilitate community management on all social media channels\n* Build out content calendars and create a timeline for each campaign\n* Write creative copy and adjust voice/tone as needed\n* Administer reporting and analytics\n\n\n\nYour Experience\n\n* Experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment\n* Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV Experience posting on all platforms, as well as best practices for each (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit)\n* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and still meet deadlines\n* Strong copywriting skills\n* Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills\n* Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team\n\n\n\nYour Availability\n\n* M-F: 9am-6pm PST with some flexibility to rarely work weekends for one or few hours\n\n\n\nBenefits\n* Salary: $ 19,000-27,000 MXN Monthly (based on experience) Gross (before taxes)\n\n\n* Law Benefits.\n* 2 days off.\n\n\nAfter 3 months of employment:\n* Medical expenses insurance.\n* Saving funds.\n* Grocery tickets\n\n\n\nCompany culture you ask?
