\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Information Security Analyst, you will leverage your foundational IT and engineering skills to transition into a diverse range of security domains. In this role, you’ll rotate through key enterprise security areas, such as third-party risk management, phishing simulations, and endpoint security, while also gaining hands-on experience in platform security domains like application security, cloud security, and vulnerability management. This role offers an excellent opportunity to round out your cybersecurity expertise, collaborating closely with IT, engineering, and legal teams to align security controls with business objectives.\n\nHow you'll spend your time:\n\n\n* Rotate through key enterprise security areas like third-party risk management, phishing simulations, and endpoint security to broaden your expertise and strengthen the overall security posture.\n\n* Gain hands-on experience in platform security by rotating through domains like application security, cloud security, and vulnerability management.\n\n* Track and mitigate vulnerabilities, threats, and risks across corporate and product systems to ensure timely resolution.\n\n* Administer and enhance our use of key security tools (e.g., Okta, Crowdstrike, Zscaler)\n\n* Triage and respond to security alerts, actively participate in incident investigations, and help drive remediation efforts.\n\n* Automate routine processes related to security operations, using security engineering skills to integrate tools and optimize system administration.\n\n* Collaborate with IT, engineering, and legal teams on process improvement initiatives and ensure ongoing alignment between security controls and business objectives.\n\n\n\n\nWe get excited about you if you have:\n\n\n* 2-3 years of experience in an information technology, engineering, or cybersecurity role, with a focus on system administration, development, and basic networking.\n\n* Comfortable working in traditional IT environments, with practical experience in operating systems (e.g., Linux, MacOS), shell scripting, and managing servers.\n\n* Familiarity with basic networking concepts (e.g., subnets, routing, firewalls) and tools, with foundational knowledge in Network+ or equivalent certifications.\n\n* Basic coding and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) with exposure to CI/CD pipelines to automate tasks and support security operations.\n\n* Enjoy automating administrative tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts in system management and security operations.\n\n* Take initiative and are self-directed, utilizing project management skills to drive tasks to completion independently.\n\n* Have completed or are working towards IT or Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+).\n\n\n\n\nThe anticipated base salary range for the role is $85,000 - $97,000 + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
