There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. \n\n\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n* Evaluation, Upgrade, and management of Software Engineering recruiting and hiring processes. \n* Evaluation and establishment of a Software Engineering culture plan, and management of this plan. \n* Evaluation and establishment of a Software Engineering Employee development process, and management of this process. \n* Assisting, aligning, and complying withclientโs CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) policies and procedures. \n* Evaluation, estimation, development, and collaboration of client's research and development projects. \n* General business development support. \n\n\n\nKEY QUALIFICATIONS\n* Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility \n* Education/ Years of Experience: 15+ years of experience in Government Software Engineering, aligned to the preferred technical skills and a BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. \n\n\n\n* All candidates must be a U.S. Citizen \n\n\n\nPREFERRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS \n* Software Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript \n* Databases: Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc) and NoSQL stores (Accumulo, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, ect) \n* Software Build: Java build tools (Ant, Gradle, Maven, etc.), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc) \n* Java Frameworks: Spring and Spring Boot or Quarkus \n* Data Processing: Kafka, NiFi, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc \n* OS for Development: Comfortable with Windows, Linux, and Max \n* Source Control: Experience with Git \n* Containers: Kubernetes and Docker \n* Software Testing: Junit, PyUnit, etc. \n* Software Security/Quality (automation) Testing: Sonar/SonarQube, Fortify, Code Review, Code Coverage \n* Data Formats: JSON, YAML, XML, AVRO, Protobuf, Parquet, etc \n* Cloud PaaS/IaaS Providers: AWS, Azure, or Google \n* Soft Skills: Impeccable oral and writing skills. \n\n\n\n\n\nTalentWerx is an Equal Opportunity Employer โ Females/Minorities/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities \n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
